With your safety in mind, our professional, experienced guides maintain a regimen of current first-aid, CPR, and guide skills training.
- Tammi is passionate about the northwest and continues to educate, and be educated, about this spectacular peninsula. In addition to first-aid and CPR training, she has also taken intensive Water Rescue and Wilderness First Responder Courses and holds an ACA Coastal Kayak Instructor Certification.
Tammi has been working and playing in the rivers, lakes, bays, and mountains of the Olympic Peninsula for the past ten years. She has spent 12 years locally guiding white water rafting and sea kayaking trips. In the off-season she has taught sailing and snowboarding, led SCUBA excursions in Mexico and Honduras and filmed underwater video.
All of our kayaking guides are devoted to the Northwest! We are enthusiastic about kayaking the wonderfully majestic outdoors of the Olympic Peninsula and the Strait of Juan de Fuca waters - the bays, rivers and estuaries - we are knowledgeable of the local history, geology, flora, fauna, and legends.
